WASHINGTON, April 16, 2007
– Importation of biofuels into the United States should be closely
scrutinized according to the American Corn Growers Association (ACGA).
“We have learned some hard lessons in the past when importing alternate
fuels which we must work hard to avoid in the future,” says ACGA Board
Chairman Keith Dittrich. “Year to date biofuel imports are setting a

WASHINGTON, April 12, 2007
– The American Corn Growers Association (ACGA) has called for an
immediate halt to the closing of scores of Farm Service Agency (FSA)
county offices. “This is not the time to be closing offices because we

the 2005 to 2007 crop years,” said ACGA Chief Executive Larry Mitchell,
a former Deputy Administrator of FSA. |
